When: Thursdays, 1:30–3:00 PM from September 25 – December 11

Embrace the changing season with gentle, mindful movement that helps you build strength and find calm. Join us this fall to move, breathe, and relax together. Each session includes hydration and mindful eating tips to support your wellness as the days grow cooler.

What you’ll learn & practice:

  • You'll learn to activate and balance the body’s energy through movement and poses 
  • You'll learn poses designed stimulate circulation  
  • You'll learn how your practice can strengthen physical and emotional balance
