Join us this fall for a rejuvenating journey of self-discovery and relaxation with Mindful Movement Yoga. Let’s move, breathe, and build strength together!
Each session will also include practical tips on hydration and mindful eating—learn how to fuel your body with whole foods, meet your daily hydration goals, and infuse water with a variety of fruits and herbal teas to boost your vitality.
What you’ll learn & practice:
- You'll learn fundamental Gentle Yoga Poses
- You'll improve flexibility, build strength, and endurance
- You'll learn to cultivate mindfulness through breathwork
