Inch by Inch Movement Program (Virtual Program for Adults & Older Adults)
Strengthen your core, improve flexibility, balance, and posture this summer with this low-impact, full-body Pilates workout.  
 
Whether you are a beginner or experienced, Pilates is a great way to energize your body and improve overall well-being.  
 
Each session will include hydration and mindful eating tips like how to implement whole foods to fuel movement, how to meet daily hydration goals, and how to infuse water with diverse fruits and herbal teas to boost vitality. 
In this program, you'll learn the fundamentals of Pilates to improve core strength, support posture, alignment, and movement, and maintain proper body alignment for better balance while reducing strain.
