Embark on a journey of self-discovery and relaxation with Mindful Movement Yoga, where movement, breath, and mindfulness unite to create a harmonious experience.
Each session will include hydration and mindful eating tips like how to implement whole foods to fuel movement, how to meet daily hydration goals, and how to infuse water with diverse fruits and herbal teas to boost vitality.
In this program, you'll learn fundamental gentle yoga poses to improve flexibility, build strength and endurance, and cultivate mindfulness through breathwork.
