Gentle Relaxation Yoga (Virtual)
Shake off the heaviness of winter and step into the lightness of spring with this refreshing relaxation yoga session. Like the season’s first blossoms, this practice will leave you feeling lighter, more energized, and ready to embrace spring with ease.  
 
Each session will include hydration and mindful eating tips like how to implement whole foods to fuel movement, how to meet daily hydration goals, and how to infuse water with diverse fruits and herbal teas to boost vitality. 
In this program, you'll learn how to release tension and stress while understanding the mind-body connection.
