Move & Unwind with Yoga (Virtual)
Flow through movements that release tension, enhance circulation and cultivate inner peace. A perfect way to harmonize your energy and promote overall wellbeing.  
 
Each session will include hydration and mindful eating tips like how to implement whole foods to fuel movement, how to meet daily hydration goals, and how to infuse water with diverse fruits and herbal teas to boost vitality. 
In this program, you'll learn to activate and balance the body’s energy through movement and poses, stimulate circulation with specific poses, and discover how your practice can strengthen both physical and emotional balance.
*No class May 29, or June 12.
